We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous states within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

### 2. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped using **standard shipping** through reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FBA etc. We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping options.

### 3. Delivery Timeframe
- **Standard Shipping**: Orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen carrier delays.

### 4. Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer **free standard shipping** on all orders within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum order requirements or hidden fees—shipping is always free.

### 5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

### 6. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please email us within **24 hours** of placing your order. If we receive your cancellation request within this timeframe, we will do our best to stop the order processing and cancel your order. 

- **After 24 Hours**: If more than 24 hours have passed since your order was placed, we may not be able to cancel it. In this case, you will need to wait until the package arrives and then initiate a return.

### 7. Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to exchange an item, you can return it after receiving your package:

- **Return Process**: Once your order has been delivered, you may return it by sending the item back to our designated warehouse. Please contact our customer service team for the return address and instructions.
- **Return Shipping Costs**: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

### 8. Shipping Restrictions
- **No Expedited Shipping**: We only offer standard shipping. Expedited, two-day, or overnight shipping options are not available.
- **Delivery Areas**: We do not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations.
